Delivery Policy

How and when SocialBuzzUp delivers digital services, what a complete brief means, and how revisions and delays are handled.

What we deliver

All services are digital and delivered electronically. Documents arrive as PDF or spreadsheet files, designs as exported image files plus source files where the service page says so, videos as MP4 download links, and managed content is published to your platforms through official scheduling tools. Everything is sent to the email address on your order.

Turnaround

  • Each service page lists a typical turnaround in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at our office).
  • The clock starts when we have a complete brief: every item listed under "What you'll need to provide", with working links and usable files.
  • If something is missing or unclear, we message you the same business day and the clock pauses until it arrives.
  • Turnaround is an estimate, not a guarantee. If we expect to miss it, we tell you as soon as we know and agree a new date.

Larger orders

Packs of ten or more edits or graphics may be delivered in batches so you can start using early items. Batch schedules are noted on the service page or agreed at kick-off.

Revisions

Where included, revision rounds are stated on the service page. Send all changes for a round together, within 7 days of receiving a draft. Revisions are delivered within a reasonable time relative to the original turnaround.

Your approvals

Some services (calendars, management plans, branding) need your approval between stages. Delays in approval extend delivery accordingly. If we hear nothing for 10 business days after requesting approval, we may treat the stage as approved or pause the project.

Acceptance

A deliverable is accepted when you confirm it, request no revision within 7 days, or use it publicly. Accepted deliverables close the order for that item.

Recurring services

Monthly services run on a calendar cycle agreed at kick-off, with content planned in advance and reports at the end of each period. Missed posts due to platform outages or restrictions are rescheduled where possible.

File retention

Shared folder links stay active for at least 12 months. Please download and keep your own copies.
