Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you buy professional services from SocialBuzzUp.
1. About these terms
These terms govern every order placed with SocialBuzzUp ("we", "us"), a digital professional-services provider. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Refund, Cancellation, Delivery, Privacy and Cookie Policies. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. What we sell
We sell professional services and the deliverables described on each service page: for example audits, content calendars, captions, graphics, video edits, brand identities, monthly social media management and advertising management. Each order corresponds to a specific catalogue service and, where selected, add-ons, which appear by name on your order, receipt and invoice.
3. Scope
The scope of each service is what its service page lists under "What you receive", "What's included" and "What's not included" at the time of ordering, plus any add-ons purchased. Anything not listed is outside scope and may be quoted separately. Custom projects are governed by a written proposal approved by you before payment; where the proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal prevails for that project.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide a complete, accurate brief and the materials listed on the service page within a reasonable time. Turnaround is counted from a complete brief.
- Confirm you own or are licensed to use all materials you supply (footage, images, copy, logos, music) and that our use of them for your order will not infringe anyone's rights.
- Provide feedback and approvals within a reasonable time (normally two business days) so projects stay on schedule.
- Comply with the terms of any third-party platform we publish to or manage on your behalf.
- Not ask us to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive or that violates platform rules.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars as shown at checkout. One-time services are paid in full before work starts. Monthly and quarterly services are billed in advance each period and renew automatically until cancelled in line with our Cancellation Policy. Advertising media spend is never included in our fees; you pay it directly to the advertising platform from your own ad account. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details. Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be shown where required.
6. Turnaround and delivery
Turnaround times are typical estimates in business days from a complete brief, not guarantees. See our Delivery Policy for how delivery works, what counts as a complete brief and what happens when information is late.
7. Revisions
Where a service includes revisions, the number of rounds is stated on the service page. A revision is a change within the original brief and scope. New directions, new content or changes to supplied materials after work has started are new work and may be quoted. Revision requests should be made within 7 days of receiving a draft or delivery.
8. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the final deliverables we create for your order, excluding any third-party materials (fonts, stock, music) which remain under their own licences, and excluding our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, which we licence to you as part of the deliverable. Until payment is complete, all rights remain with us. You retain ownership of everything you supply. You grant us a licence to use your materials to deliver the order and, unless you opt out in writing, to show completed work in our portfolio.
9. Third-party platforms
Social and advertising platforms change their rules, features and algorithms without notice, and may restrict, remove or limit content or accounts for reasons outside our control. We are not responsible for platform actions, outages, policy changes or the performance of content once published. Where we manage accounts or ads, we act through access you grant and may revoke at any time; you remain the account owner.
10. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the order. This survives completion.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by platform actions or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Cancellation, refunds and delivery
These are set out in our Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy and Delivery Policy, which form part of these terms.
13. Termination
We may decline or cancel an order that breaches these terms, involves unlawful or prohibited content, or where a workable brief cannot be obtained. Any refund in such cases is determined under the Refund Policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
