- What services do you provide?
- Social media management, content strategy and calendars, caption and copywriting, graphic design (posts, carousels, thumbnails, templates), short-form video editing, branding, advertising management and a set of very small Quick Services from $0.99. The full list is on the Pricing page.
Quick Services
- What are Quick Services?
- Small, fixed-scope tasks delivered in one or two business days: a single recommendation, a few hooks, a handful of content ideas, a bio rewrite. They're for when you need a specific thing done, not a whole project.
- How can a service cost $0.99?
- Because it's genuinely tiny. Our Quick Services are intentionally small, focused deliverables. A $0.99 Social Profile Quick Check isn't a full audit; it's one personalised recommendation after a short review of one profile. We keep the scope small so the price can be small, and we say exactly what you'll get on every page.
- What will I receive from a Quick Service?
- Exactly what the service page lists: for example, two content ideas, three hooks, or one bio rewrite. It's written for you from your brief and emailed to you.
Services and platforms
- What platforms do you support?
- Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Pinterest and Threads. If you use something else, ask; the strategy and creative work usually translates.
- Do I need to provide my login details?
- Never. For reviews and content we only need public links and your brief. For management and advertising we use the platforms' official partner or scheduling access, which you grant from your own account and can revoke at any time.
- Do you create content?
- Yes. We write captions and copy, design static posts, carousels, thumbnails and templates, and edit short-form video from footage you supply. We don't film, but we'll tell you what to film.
- Do you edit Reels and Shorts?
- Yes. Send raw footage via a link and we return captioned vertical edits ready to upload. Single edits start at $24.99, packs go up to twenty edits, and there's a monthly retainer for up to thirty.
- Can you manage my account monthly?
- Yes. Social Media Management plans run from one platform and eight posts a month to a full multi-platform team. Each plan lists exactly what's included.
- Do you manage paid advertising?
- Yes. We set up and manage campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest. Our fee covers the professional management and creative work.
- Can I request a custom project?
- Yes. Use the Request a Quote form. We'll ask a few questions, propose a written scope with a price and timeline, and only take payment once you've approved it.
Turnaround, revisions and delivery
- How quickly will my order be completed?
- Each service lists a typical turnaround in business days, counted from when we receive a complete brief. Quick Services are usually one business day. Larger projects range from three to fifteen business days. Monthly plans run on a monthly cycle.
- Are revisions included?
- Where they are, the service page says how many rounds. Most creative services include one round; branding includes two. Quick Services are too small for formal revisions, but if something clearly misses the brief we'll put it right.
- How will I receive my deliverables?
- By email. Documents come as PDFs or spreadsheets, designs as exported files (plus source files where listed) via a shared folder link, videos as MP4 download links. Managed content is published to your platform through official tools.
Payment, ad budgets and refunds
- Who pays for the ad spend?
- You do, directly to the advertising platform, from your own ad account. We never combine media budget with our management fee. That keeps your costs transparent and your account yours.
- How do refunds work?
- Refunds relate to the professional service itself: a duplicate payment, a cancellation before work starts, or a case where we can't deliver the agreed scope. Once work is delivered as described, it's not refundable. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
- What currency do you charge in?
- US dollars. Your card provider handles any conversion.
