What to send for a profile review or audit

Exactly what we look at when we review a profile, what we need from you, and what you'll get back at each price point.

Profile reviews are the most-ordered thing we do, from the $0.99 Quick Check to the full platform audits. People often ask what the difference is and what they should send. Here's the honest answer.

What we look at

  • Name and handle: can someone find you, and does the name say what you do?
  • Bio: who it's for, what you do, and what to do next. Three jobs in about 150 characters.
  • Link: does it go somewhere useful, and does the bio tell people why to click?
  • Visuals: profile photo, highlight covers or pinned posts, and whether the last nine posts look like they belong together.
  • Content mix: how much is selling, teaching, entertaining, or personal, and whether that suits the goal.
  • Calls to action: do posts and stories ask for anything, and is it the same thing every time?

What to send

  • The profile URL. That's the only must-have.
  • The platform, so we know which conventions apply.
  • One line on what the profile is for. "Get enquiries for my clinic" and "grow a cooking audience" lead to different advice.
  • Optional: a note on what's bugging you. If you already suspect the bio, say so and we'll look there first.

What you get at each size

  • Social Profile Quick Check ($0.99): one recommendation, the change we'd make first.
  • Mini Profile Review Plus ($8.99): three recommendations across bio, presentation and content setup.
  • Quick Profile Audit ($9.99): a structured mini audit against our checklist, with five recommendations.
  • Platform audits ($39.99–$49.99): a full document with findings by area, content pillars and a prioritised action list.
  • Multi-Platform Audit ($99.99): up to three profiles reviewed together, with one consolidated plan.

What we don't need

Your password, your analytics, or access to anything. Everything above is visible from the outside, which is the point: that's how your audience sees it too. If you want Insights considered in a full audit, screenshots are welcome but optional.

Tell us what you need done. We'll tell you exactly what you'll get.
